Just wondering what everyone would like to see from Zipcar in the future. How could they improve the process/fleet/car/experience. Any ideas?

I'm an ex-Flexcar'er. I fully admit that when I signed up ~2 years ago that I meant to sign up for Zipcar, but did Flexcar instead. There was little brand differentiation then in my mind. City Car Share was the more spendy, more of a pain, but nonprofit option. And then there were the Other One(s). My crazy life is such that I might have a meeting in San Mateo in the morning, then two community meetings on top of each other at night the same day. I did not stage this. When I saw this bench, the leaf was adhered to it just as you see it. It rained all day and the bench was wet, so I imagine the leaf blew onto the bench and just happened to stick. Ironically, the car the leaf is blotting out is part of an ad is for Zipcar, a "green" car-sharing company.
