(Alleged) White Van Hits My Zipcar

Someone left a note on the windshield claiming that a white van hit my Zipcar while we're shopping and "abruptly" drives away. Thank you, witness. I appreciate the consideration. Unfortunately, NYPD could care less. The white van, we suspect, is a U-Haul van since the parking space to the right of where our Zipcar was parked is reserved for U-Haul vans. (IKEA graciously reserved spots for Zipcars drivers.)
